How to book tickets

By Telephone
You may purchase your tickets by calling our dedicated Box Office on (01277) 200305 and paying by most credit or debit cards. There is no booking fee.

For an optional charge of 40p your tickets will be posted to you, or else you may collect them from the Theatre's foyer in the 30 minutes before the performance commences.

In person
Please visit us at Pepperell House, 44 High Street (opposite WHSmith & Ottakers) but please note Pepperell House is closed on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Sundays

Please write to us at the above address quoting the show title, performance date and time, quantity and price of tickets (including if there are any concessions), plus your name, address and postcode, together with your daytime telephone number in case of queries. Please make Cheques payable to BRENTWOOD BOROUGH COUNCIL and enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope.

Box Office Opening Times
10.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Saturday

Door Sales
Any remaining tickets are sold at the Theatre in the 30 minutes before the performance commences.

The Spotlight Bar and Terrace
The Bar is open to theatregoers for one hour before, and thirty minutes after, each performance (subject to usual licensing hours).

Interval Drinks
Visitors are strongly recommended to pre-order interval drinks when they arrive at the Theatre.

Concessions
For most of our shows we offer a concessionary rate to the following clients:-

Senior Citizens
Children (16 and under)
Students
Unemployed
Disabled persons and their carer
Babes in arms

You may be asked for identification (such as a student card) when collecting your tickets.

Accessibility

Brentwood Theatre is fully accessible to wheelchair users, with flat floor access to all parts of the building (including toilets). Please advise the box office when you purchase your tickets.

If you would like to be seated first, please inform the House Manager when you arrive for the show.

An induction loop system is installed for hearing aid users. If you wish to be advised of signed performances, please contact us.
